As a child I developed an intense interest in dinosaurs and other long extinct creatures. I could imagine what they looked like and how they might have acted. As I got older I never out grew this love of the prehistoric. In college I majored in geology, in no small part because of my interest in continuing interest in paleontology. The fossils left behind as the physical evidence of past life is only an outline of this past world. These creatures were living breathing organisms. It is my pleasure to use my imagination to create a moment form the past and bring “back to life” these long extinct creatures. My paleontology sculptures are a creative blend of art and science.
